Benito Juárez was born in March 21st in 1806 in a village of Oaxaca, Mexico and he would later
become one of the Mexico's greatest leaders. He was a lawyer and judge,then later create `Plan
of Ayutlá tha the basis was for a liberal revolution in Mexico. After a bankruptcy, in 1961 Juarez
was elected President for a four year period. Meantime,French try to establish a conservative
regime in Mexico, then the Congress grant to Benito a extension of the presidency. Finally, the
forces were defeated and controversially Juarez was re-elected President. At least he had a five
terms as a President. In the end, while he was working in his desk Benito Juarez died of a heart
attack in 1872.

He can't be elected president in 1961? How the French was defeated? I'm not for sure if was him who said the statement "the peace start with the respet of others"...?...I'm not sure!
In spite of the conservatives' military advantage, the liberals recovered Mexico City in January of 1861 and after a loss economy, in March Juarez was elected President for another four-year term.
In response to the French intervention Juarez refused to accept a government imposed by foreigners so he obtained some weapons to the Republican forces and with all this the French troops began to retreat out of Mexico in 1866.
